An exclusive Japanese Fine-Dining chain restaurants located near Bugis MRT is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
1. Overall in-charge restaurant operations and sales at corporate level.
2. Reporting to company directors at corporate level and managing operational level restaurant managers
3. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
4. Take the initiative to reach out, plan and organise marketing activities, special events, promotions, enhance brand image and increase sales
5. Engage with team members and guests, understanding their preferences and feedback, to continually improve the dining experience.
6. Collaborate with the chef, managers to improve dining experience.
Remuneration:
1. Starting salary: $5,000 - $6,000 (depending on relevant experience)

Requirements
1. Possess Fine Dining operation background
2. Preferable with Hotel F&B or Chain stores management experience
3. Min 2 years’ experience as Restaurant General Manager
4. Experience and knowledge in Wine and Sake
5. Six (6) days work week, able to perform Shift work; including weekends and public holidays
6. Degree or advance diploma in Hotel & Restaurant management
