Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
• Supervise external cleaning services, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them appropriately.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Perform receptionist duties, guiding guests and notifying team members of arrivals.
• Maintain and order office supplies as needed.
• Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry for supplier invoices.
• Collaborate with the finance team on accounts payable and inventory stock counts.
• Manage physical and electronic records, ensuring proper categorization.
• Administer filing systems for easy document retrieval.
• Input, update, and manage data using accounting software and relevant databases.
• Foster effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance office processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting
• Relevant experience in admin and accounting
• Experience with using ERP System
