Job Descriptions:

• Conduct diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions common to a general practice.
• Conduct medical examinations for statutory requirements.
• Conduct basic health screening and mental health counselling.
• Assist in the administration of the medical centre when the need arises.
• Option to also do additional evening shifts and telemedicine.
• Any other tasks/responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Chief Executive Officer and/or Medical Director.

Job Requirements:

• Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) / SMC - C-Reg (Level 3)
• Comfortable to travel between medical centres preferred but not mandatory

Operations

• Clinic opening and closing procedures
• Attend to patients once they walk into clinic
• Appointment taking of patients
• Registering patients
• Billing out a patient
• Contacting patients to remind and/or follow up on treatments they’ve done
• Answering phone calls
• Maintaining cleanliness of premises
• Monitor stock levels of inventory and ensure that stock levels are maintained at all times and to report to relevant department when there are any discrepancies
• Monitor expiration of all items in clinic and to report to relevant department when any item has reached or passed its expiration

Patientcare & Procedures/Treatments

• Able to perform various procedures like facials and body treatments that meets patient’s needs and expectations while ensuring patient’s safety
• Able to perform device-based treatments such as Hydrafacial, IPL, Fat Freezing
• Assist Doctors during procedures
• Answering to patient’s inquiries and clarifying doubts if any
• Explain to patients on steps of their selected treatment and what to expect after
• Explain possible risks and downtime (if any) of treatment and ensure they sign consent form
• Checking Dr’s consult notes and following up with patient accordingly including dispensing correct items and making the necessary arrangements – i.e. follow up appointment.

Sales

• Ascertain patients’ end goal for their skin/body and provide the necessary recommendations that will work in tandem to doctors’ procedures
• Able to create a need for patient to return
• Able to cross sell full architecture of business
• Able to recommend suitable products and treatments based on patient’s concerns
• Able to learn fast and acquire thorough knowledge on all clinic’s treatments and products

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented

Role Profile:

Representing a Luxury Brand, the Beauty Therapist is directly responsible for taking care of guests’ facial needs. She/he performs an array of treatments designed to address the primary wellness needs of our clients. Professional flexibility and broad based skills permit more variety in work activities. The Facial Therapist contributes to the extension of the customer’s experience by offering home care and performing product sales.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the most therapeutically beneficial, professionally elegant and consistent facial treatment available for our customers
• Educate clients about self-care and home care
• Performs all facial treatments therapy available
• Conducts consultation to evaluates client’s individual needs and expectations and determine most effective program
• Manage appointments and keep on time
• Interacts cooperatively with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience
• Be sensitive to each guest’s comfort level and service needs
• Presents a warm, gracious and professional qualities for customers and co-workers

Job Scope:

• Assess the customer’s face condition and propose the right treatment for the customer
• Professional recommendations on products to customers
• Scheduling appointments for facial customers
• Data entry of customer’s personal information
• Basic stock taking and inventory list management
• Paperwork and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

- Performing facial services and body treatments

- Providing after facial customer service and follow-up appointments with customers

- Educating customers on the products and informing them on promotions

- Achieving monthly facial service targets and compile daily sales tracking

- Counter maintenance and replenishment of inventory (saleable items, testers and collaterals)

- Conduct monthly stock take exercises

- Participate in workshops outside of sales floor

- Keep track of the Loyalty Card programs and updating of customer database
