• Coordinate and lead improvement projects in bed management at the ward and to lower ALOS

• Perform monthly clinical manpower planning

Customer Service

• Response for achieving customer satisfaction targets in partnership with the Reporting Office
• Responsible for communication between staff and leadership of the hospital. Staff should ensure timeline dissemination of information, escalation of issues, recommendation, and implementation of solutions to problems

Key Requirements

• Basic degree from a recognized institution
