EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Degree a scientific discipline or equivalent.

• Experience in a regulated industry preferred.

• A minimum of 5-7 years’ relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Explorer.

1. Perform analysis and tests of drug products, raw materials, in-process materials, release test samples, stability samples, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing, to ensure quality standards and compliance with established specifications.
2. Preparation of reagents/diluents/ dissolution media as per STP.
3. Perform a various qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples using modern and automated instrumentation.
4. Utilize electronic laboratory information systems such as LIMS for acquisition and processing of analytical data.
5. Ensure implementation of SOP for all corresponding activities.
6. Write controlled documentation related to QC Laboratory operations or testing such as SOP's, analytical protocols, analysis reports and forms.
7. Ensure real time documentation, maintain data integrity and appropriate traceability.
8. Assist in maintenance and calibration of test instruments per specifications.
9. Responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant execution of assigned projects, analytical testing and related documentation.
10. Responsible for checking all results in LIMS/RDS and reporting of any observed results that do not meet the requirement (OOS/OOT/Deviation) for further investigation.
11. Destruction of expired finished products/ raw material samples as per SOP and recording the same in the register.
12. Responsible for QC lab and equipment/instrument cleanliness.
13. Responsible for procuring and receipt of QC lab glassware and consumables.
14. Any other activities as and when assigned by the Superior.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Preparation, execution and review of computer system validation protocols and reports.

2. Preparation and management of CSV deliverables for laboratory instruments and systems, manufacturing equipment, utility systems, IT, and enterprise systems.

3. Ensure the Computer System Validation is in alignment with the Validation Master Plan for Computer Systems.

4. Ensure timely completion of all validation related activities including computer system, equipment, utilities, and facility with compliance.

5. Perform assessment of vendor documents for CSV deliverables.

6. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with computerized systems, including data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.

7. Preparation and review of standard operating procedures to establish and maintain the quality system of the organization.

8. Participate in CFT meeting related to IT systems and ensure the completion of pending actions.

9. Periodic Review of IT application and systems implemented and compilation of reports.

Education and Experience

Diploma or Degree in IT or equivalent.

A minimum of 5-7 years’ relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Experience in electronic validation system, QMS, ERP system, SCADA, is preferred.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Explorer.

Job Description

To lead, coach and maintain a high level of operational efficiency including quality care and service standards and also required to participate in projects relevant to elderly care as well as develop further through continuing education.

Management

• Provide leadership and management of the Nursing Department
• Supervise and ensure that care staff provide and meet expected care standards and customer servicing
• Do discharge planning
• Oversee the multi-disciplinary team consisting of Staff Nurses, Healthcare Attendants, Physiotherapy Aides, Rehab Assistants and Care Staff
• Responsible for the compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by the Ministry of Health (MOH), Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)
• Prepare staff duty roster, leaves administration etc

Patient Care

• Analyze trends and changing needs of the residents in institutional settings. Plans nursing care based on changing trends
• Operationalize and monitor the smooth transition of the residents from acute to step-down care
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Oversee the administration of treatment prescribed for residents
• Plans and conduct therapeutic programs for patients
• Conduct or make arrangements for health education, counselling for residents and their family members

Training and Professional Development

• Teach, mentor and supervise nursing staff in their clinical practice
• Conduct regular clinical training and competency assessment for nursing staff to ensure clinical compliance
• Perform clinical nursing audits and suggest interventions for, initiate and participate in clinical quality improvement in care delivery outcome
• Develop training materials and lesson curriculum when required
• Assist in collating of training data and evaluating training effectiveness
• Participate actively in medical products evaluation
• Participate in nursing research, where required.

Job Requirement

• Possess recognised nursing qualification i.e. Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Possess relevant Post Basic or Advanced Diploma in Nursing, will be an advantage but not a must;
• Hold valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Have minimally 2 years of relevant experience as a Nurse Manager / Nurse Clinician
• Possess good clinical knowledge and skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

About The Opportunity

As a Clinical Admin, you will be a key member of our Clinic and Medical Centre, ensuring the efficient management of administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of our facility.

What You'll be Doing

Claims and Billing Management

• Submission of claims to corporate programme and insurer portals. Accurately and promptly submit insurance claims and follow up on any discrepancies or issues that arise.
• Manage invoicing and billing to patients and clients. Prepare and send invoices to patients and clients, track payments, and manage any billing inquiries or issues.

Medical Records Office

• Manage incoming and outgoing medical reports. Handle the receipt, processing, and distribution of medical reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage laboratory reports. Receive and verify lab results, submitting to doctor for review and compiling into medical reports for patients, liaison with lab partner on queries and issues.

Communication and Correspondence

• Monitor and respond to emails from patients, clients, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls, provide information, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns. Address patient questions and concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Appointment scheduling and coordination. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinate with medical staff, and manage the appointment calendar.

Operational Support

• Support clinic operations. Assist with various administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the clinic, including registering/discharging patients at the counter, clerical tasks, restocking of clinic supplies and other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking for

• ITE, Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Healthcare Administration or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a Medical administrative role or similar position is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using medical software and office applications.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
