Reporting to the Team Lead, you will manage various initiatives that would promote and strengthen strategic relations across the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC) and its stakeholders. As the Manager with SingHealth's Call Centre Shared Service, ensuring that SingHealth’s call centres remain accessible to patients is key. You will be tasked to drive innovation and digitalisation, review current processes, as well as propose and operationalise strategic initiatives to improve and sustain call centre performance. You will be involved in analysing patient feedback and workload trends as part of quality improvement and performance management in the call centres to ensure excellent customer service is delivered in a timely manner. You will be responsible for keeping call centre team members engaged and motivated through initiatives that will bring joy at work. You will also be required to participate in work groups to drive change in the call centre.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant hands-on operational experience and 2 years of supervisory experience

- Possesses experience leading digital transformation and automation projects (including but not limited to Robotic Process Automation) in a call centre or in service industry

- Prior experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage

- Good project management skills

Job Description

We are looking for a Health Coach to be responsible for evaluating and improving clients' health and wellness. The responsibilities include assessing clients' health, coaching clients on how to improve their health, and developing health care plans.

To be successful as a Health Coach, the candidate should have an optimistic disposition, good conflict resolution skills, and possess the ability to communicate effectively. Ultimately, the candidate should be committed to improving the health of clients, exhibit good team working skills, and have self-confidence and as an added advantage:

• Has knowledge of diagnosis and management of sleep disorders, with a focus on Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome.
• Understands communication techniques for teaching and the principles of learning to enhance education for patients, families, and the community.
• Understands what to look for and how to analyze the results of the various tests and tools used to diagnosis, evaluate, and monitor sleep disorders.
• Knows how to assess patient compliance and comfort with treatment in order to improve clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations and evaluations of individuals
• Providing guidelines to reduce or eliminate unhealthy behaviors

Requirements:
