Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Recruitment team leader with extensive knowledge of the Australian technology market to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates for specialized IT positions, ensuring we attract top talent to drive our projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical job requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions for roles including data scientists, systems administrators, and cybersecurity professionals.
• Screen resumes for technical skills and relevant experience in areas like programming languages, cloud computing, AI/ML and database management. (Java, Python, R, Data Analytics, AWS, Azure, GCP, .NET core, Cybersecurity)
• Conduct initial technical assessments and phone interviews to evaluate candidates' proficiency in relevant technologies, methodologies and problem-solving abilities.
• Manage & mentor the team of recruiters, track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline status, using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Tallite, Greenhouse or Lever.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and evaluation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience as an IT recruitment team leader, within a tech-focused organization. IT recruitment experience in the Australian market is preferred.
• Deep knowledge and experience of various IT roles and technologies, including software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Tallite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hired, Stack Overflow Talent).
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidates' technical capabilities and alignment with job specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Support the key stakeholders in Recruitment and Business Development function
• Calendar Scheduling for meetings, interviews and other important appointments
• Documentation - collect documents from various sources and maintain proper file system on Sharepoint
• Assist with drafting of SOW, Contracts and Work Orders
• Support the recruitment process - schedule inteviews, engage with stakeholders for follow ups and coordinate the process
• Process background verification for selected candidates
• Maintain proper reports on Excel and other tools

Requirements

• At least 1-2 year of recruitment coordination experience preferably in a recruitment agency
• Strong knowledge of recruitment process in an agency environment
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Extremely strong with Microsoft Office products especially Excel and Powerpoint

Job Description:

• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
• Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
• Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
• Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results

Job Description:
* Driving a positive and engaged associate base by participating in and communicating engagement activities and other employee relations related tasks
* Escalating appropriately to the HRBP team when discrepancies or escalations arise with associate interactions such as LOA, accommodations, or other employee relations issues
* Supporting the HR team with new hire orientation by helping with necessary new hire employment documents, assigning and maintaining lockers and ensuring accurate timekeeping for those new hires
* Assisting associates within the FC for access to HR services including guiding them through self-service options, when applicable and submitting trouble tickets on associates behalf, if needed as well as clearing trouble tickets assigned to the site
* Partnering with HR and Managers on Policy and Procedure to help drive productivity, quality and safety including coaching and corrective action, recommendations including termination and monitoring for delivery
* Posting productivity rates for associates quarterly to help them meet daily goals
* Auditing time cards to communicate hours worked by associates to comply with Company's standards for max time worked per day and week, clearing exceptions and researching, correcting and communicating attendance trends for unexcused absences for hourly associates and communicating that information to managers for follow up
* Scrubbing rosters for associates with zero hours, monitoring the attendance hotline and researching individual time cards to maintain a clean roster
* Following up on vacation approval requests as required
* Ability to learn and navigate internal Company's systems as resources to execute overall job duties

Additional responsibilities may also include:
* Assisting on the floor when needed during seasonal peak times or based on business needs
* Conducting HR Gembas or Champion for the Associate Interviews
* Assisting managers with completing investigations by taking witness statements or making recommendations
* Creating reports and assisting operations with research and analyzation of trends with attrition, attendance, unpaid time, roster management
* Using People Portal, People Insight or HRBI reports to research and analyze data to impact HR metrics and working on projects geared toward impacting HR metrics such as attrition and attendance

The scope of the role includes (but isn't limited to):

• End-to-end recruiting for APAC region with a foucs in Singapore.
• Use different channels to identify local candidates based on the provided requirements.
• Meet internal company SLAs and guidelines for sourcing and on-boarding.
• Networking, building and maintaining relationships with candidates, business partners and hiring managers

Requisites:

• At least 2 -3 years of local recruitment experience preferably serving clients or companies in Southeast Asia region (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines).
• Prior experience as an Agency Recruiter is prefereable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines.
• Solid know-how about technology recruitment channels and sources in the APAC region.
• Strong knowledge and passion for technology, high level of comfort with all types of online applications, and experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting high-calibre technology professionals.
• Attention to detail is important along with the ability to work on multiple requisitions at one time.

This is a 12-month contract role based in Singapore.
