Job scope

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage IT access including email IDs, MS Windows access, and laptops; maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably with a focus on recruitment, payroll, or employee relations.
• Preferred background in FMCG industry / Food industry.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., Infotech, Payboy).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
