Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support HR operations including maintaining employee files, managing HR databases, and processing HR-related paperwork.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
• Assist in the performance appraisal process, including tracking and documenting employee performance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a generalist HR role
• Experience of working within a commodities trading firm, preferably in Oil & Gas
• Knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.

HR Executive

• Working Days: 5 Days Work Week
• Working Timing: 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Salary: $ 3,300 - $ 4,000

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
• Prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, staffing agencies, etc
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within the schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated including conducting and coordinating onboarding training, etc
• Offboard resigning employees including conducting an exit interview, etc
• Provide recruiting and manpower headcount reports
• Update Organization charts and seating plans
• Apply for and maintain a Visa such work pass
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Provide administrative support assigned by the supervisor
• Undertake any other HR projects or initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR / Business Admin or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of HR recruitment experience (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and HR databases
• A working knowledge of MOM rules and regulations
