• Manage day-to-day employee-related issues
• Manage on-boarding and departure of employees
• Oversee pass application and issuance matters for all foreign employees
• Manage all matters involving government organisations including the Labour Department (Ministry of Manpower) and other affiliated organisations
• Prepare all employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external use
• Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents
• Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation to the statutory requirements
• Manage teacher leaves, including sick leaves and annual leaves
• Staff welfare management
• Crisis management with prompt solutions provided and reports provided for higher management
• Execute all other tasks as instructed by HR Director/Senior Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Apply for Work pass application & PCP (primary care plan) for new onboard foreign talent
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Bilingual in both English and Chinese to converse with Chinese speaking clients
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR work experience, particularly in the area of talent sourcing and acquisition

• Work Passes application, renewal & related matters.

• Assist Senior in processing Payroll min 50 headcounts (FT & PT)
• Office administration (ordering name cards, stationery etc)
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned and HR project works

Requirements:-

• Minimum ITE/Diploma Holder/Degree in Human Resource Management
• Independent and confident to carry out assignment in an efficient and effective manner
• Meticulous, organized, pro-active and able to work under pressure
• Task oriented work ethics, Good team player
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• experienced in Timesoft & Successfactor are advantage.
• IT savvy and Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word
• Experience in the Food industries will be preferred
