We are searching for a natural problem solver with knowledge of how HR processes can be designed using Workday and ServiceNow to provide a world class employee experience.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

In this position, you will work with our HR and Technology partners across the globe to identify, define, and implement system based solutions for HR. Leveraging your skills as a Business Analyst, you will also support gathering business requirements, system testing, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver process and technology changes across our centers and vendors.

A typical day includes collaborating with teams across the globe, analysing system issues, evaluating changes to our HR processes and technology, building relationships with our Nike teammates, planning for the future of HR Operations, and putting teammate experience front and center across all that we do.

You will collaborate with our Teammate Experience Delivery team, HR Functional teams, and Technology teams. You will also collaborate with our HR Business Analysts to drive consistency and standard ways of using technology to drive an excellent teammate experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience; analytical, problem solving, requirements, testing, and documentation
• Workday experience required
• Demonstrated ability in global HR processes; areas such as Core HCM, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Talent is helpful
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
• Demonstrated ability to explain technical issues/solutions in business terms aligned to the business process
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions; ServiceNow preferred

The Human Resource (HR) Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. The HR Analyst plays a key role to leverage and optimize people data and reports to provide insights. This role is an analytical role that will enable the APAC HR Team to meet the requirements to conduct both internal, external and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labour statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
• The role will look at various data indicators and inputs such as employee relations, Work, Health and Safety, Visas and Immigration, Gender Reporting, People Data, Remuneration, Pay and Conditions, and ad-hoc requirements.
• Analyses data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Assist HR leads to prepares reports of data results, presenting and may be involved in explaining findings to senior leadership.
• Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
• Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
• Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
• May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
• A key element of the role will be administration and expertise in ensuring HR Systems are being utilized at optimal levels and supporting the HR communication ecosystem.
• The role requires proactive approach to understanding business requirements and relationship building and partnering with the HR team to deliver on key priorities, projects and BAU elements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or statistics.
• Professional certification in data analytics will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in People systems administration, data analysis, and reporting.
• Proficient in working with HR systems, such as PeopleSoft or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills as relationship building are key.
• Strong in MS excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and people analytics methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Strong critical thinking skills is essential.
• Ability to “connect the dots”.
• Understanding of People processes and practices, including talent acquisition, retention, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.

The Team Member Experience Analyst – Human Resources is responsible for managing various HR processes, providing support and guidance on delivering truly Human Experiences during the Team Member (TM) lifecycle, impacting touch points including, Onboarding, engagement as well as Industrial Relations, compliance, and administration of Human Resources operational activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, people-centric with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What will I be doing?
As the Team Member Experience Analyst – Human Resources, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Provide innovative, practical, and impactful human resources solutions that support the overall mission and core values of the company.
• Implement and execute HR guidelines, procedures, and standard documents that support the TM journey from onboarding to leaving Hilton.
• Compile HR data and metrics and create HR dashboards containing relevant automated data for easy analysis and comparison.
• Manage the onboarding of new employees and support the relocation process where required.
• Build strong brand affiliation by facilitating the implementation of new TM orientation and training.
• Prepare and administer, payroll preparation, benefit programs administration and communication, and TM relations activities.
• Design, document and implement procedures to streamline HR processes.
• In charge of work pass processes for foreign employees
• Educate and support TM's adoption of company policies and HR practices.
• Manage TM surveys and exit interviews.
• Maintain and update TM employment records.
• Gather and disburse government labor statistics, new employment regulations, and labor laws.
• Contribute to systems updates and participate in HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy.
• Organize events and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
