RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be involved in the wide spectrum of HR management functions such as recruitment, manpower planning & staffing, performance management, rewards & recognition, staff benefits, employee engagement, and exit management
Responsibilities
- Provide sound HR advice on all strategic people matters to enable the business units to achieve their business objectives.
- Manage operational HR matters independently, this includes performance management, employee relations, HR processes, and systems.
- Work closely with Management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale,and staff retention.
- Work with the relevant HR Teams (HR Shared Services, Payroll & HRIS and Compensation and Benefits) to continuously review areas of improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs, and processes
- Collaborate with the relevant HR Teams to deliver the annual HR cycles, initiatives, and strategic projects.
- To take on any HR projects when required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related qualifications
- Preferably has a valid IHRP-CP certification
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience as a HR Business Partner
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act, HR organizational policies, processes and best practices.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within the team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (in both verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions
- Willing to work at multiple locations/office sites
