• Manage the entire talent acquisition function to support expansion of company

Training Administration

1. Check Training invoices, administer Training Grants and corporate Grants.

2. To Track and update incoming funds and maintain proper records.

Legal Administration

1. Generate data and liaise with Lawyers on Demand letters.

General HR Administration

1. Perform WICA related administration.

This role will report directly to the People Director and will be leading a team of 4. You will be responsible to:

• Serve as a strategic business partner for the Singapore office, collaborating with directors and managers to address their HR needs including recruitment, training, compliance with employment laws, staff grievances, and other related requirements.
• Manage the entire employee life cycle, from pre-onboarding to offboarding and internal transfers, ensuring smooth administration of all personnel movements.
• Develop the skill sets of the Singapore People Team in alignment with the competency framework and Group-level expectations.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and initiatives of the People Team, supporting group-wide projects and employer branding efforts.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities with the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Lead compensation and benefits projects, such as annual salary reviews and performance-based or variable bonus administration.
• Lead the performance management process, including mid- and end-of-probation reviews, mid-year evaluations, and annual performance reviews.

Skills and experience required

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business administration or related field
• Min. 10 years of experience in Human Resource as a Generalist.
• International experience, skilled in dealing with/supporting ex-pats, secondees and non-locals.
