Responsibilities

1. Lead the Benefits and Wellness (B&W) strategies to organize and execute quality programs and initiatives in alignment with the HR workplans;
2. Establish the award criteria and facilitate the reviews for the various award panels. Point of contact for awards programmes
3. Manage cluster’s benefits (including Long Service Awards);
4. Participate and support committees in organizing cluster’s key events such as Tribute Nites, Annual Dinner and Dance, Nurses’ Day and AHPs’ Day, etc.;
5. Represent cluster in cross-cluster/MOH workgroups on benefits and wellness matters as well as policy administration. Coordinate cluster submission and communicate the relevant information to the institutions as needed for implementation;
6. Represent cluster to partner with other clusters and union in CA negotiation, discussions and benefit related renewal matters;
7. Provide advice and solutions to address issues relating to B&W faced by HR;
8. Ensure consistent HR processes and policies that support the business and complies with local regulations and Group requirements;
9. Provide supervision to junior team members on operational matters and issues, coaching them to become independent and credible COE partners;
10. Manage and lead other projects where assigned.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree preferably in preferably in human resource or business related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant HR working experience in large organizations particularly in project coordination works. Experience in the healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage.

• Lead People Services team to provide support to all in a consistent, accurate and timely manner. This includes areas such as work passes, licensing matters for designated job groups and HR contact channels to service employee queries and requests.
• Lead the office that implements, sustains, and continuously reviews programmes that enhance the service and quality standards
• Ensure the services are delivered in compliance with HR policies and Singapore legislation requirements.
• Ensure that service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met, reviewed and revised when appropriate.
• Analyse, suggest, design and implement work processes and system enhancements to continuously fine-tune the quality of work performed. This may be within the immediate scope or the wider GSS scope and may involve the need to influence and convince multiple stakeholders to adopt the designed solutions.
• Manage the performance, competencies and morale of the team, coach the team members so that they could continuous improve on service delivery and the handling of complex issues independently.
• Actively participate in strategy development and drive change management when organisational changes are introduced.
• Represent as the key point of liaison for the assigned institution on matters relating to service delivery and implementation.
• Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource or Business-related qualification.
• At least 12 years of HR experience of which 8 years are HR Operations experience
