Join us as our new Human Resource Executive

We are looking for experienced Human Resource Executive to join our Human Resources Team; a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees.

As the Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for providing best practice and advice and managing HR/ER/IR matters as they arise for our Singapore and Philippines office with extended support for our Indonesia and South Korea office. Ideally with 3-5 years' experience of working in HR, you will also lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer management, whilst also ensuring company HR policies are compliant with labour laws and regulations.

Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for all HR-related duties except talent acquisition. This includes implementing HR policies and procedures, managing compensation and benefits, and overseeing our HRIS system (Rippling). As the first HR hire at k-ID, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our HR function and grow into an HR leadership role as the company scales. This role will report directly to one of the company’s founders serving as the Chief People Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Policies and Procedures

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with k-ID’s mission and values.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. (SG, US, UK)
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

• Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, health insurance, and other employee benefits.

HRIS Management:

Employee Relations:
