• Diploma in Human Resource / Business administration or any related field
• Min 2 years of administrative/ Human Resource experience
• Able to work independently with little supervision

• Good interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing for potential candidates through job boards and social media.
• Review resumes to assess candidates' suitability.
• Assist with initial interviews to evaluate skills and availability.
• Keep candidate database updated and accurate.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Support onboarding for new employees.
