Requirements

The Director, Human Resources, Operations and Openings - South East Asia is responsible for building a world-class workforce by ensuring leaders drive high team engagement through effective recruitment, succession planning, talent management, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. You will provide regional HR leadership and services, partnering closely with the regional opening, operations, and local market leadership teams.

What will I be doing?

HR Openings /Conversion
Lead all human resources activities for new hotel openings, ensuring smooth operations and a strong, engaged workforce from pre-opening through stabilization.

Pre-Opening HR Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement the HR pre-opening roadmap, including recruitment, onboarding, and training for all hotel staff.

Our client is a leading company in the technology sector. With the expansion of their global operations, they are looking for a HR Operations and Benefits Executive to support their regional portfolio.

About the job

This is a newly created 2 year renewable / convertible contract role. Reporting to the Regional Head of Shared Services, you will:

• Work closely with HR team and internal stakeholders to support HR operations including benefits administration, work pass / visa application and renewal, HR report preparation and policies
• Provide administrative support for the employees’ life cycle activities from on-boarding to exit
• Maintain and upkeep of employees’ P-file database
• Be the point of contract to employees and external vendors for benefits and HR operations matters
• Support other HR projects as required

Skills and experience required

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ of HR experience, with experience supporting APAC and/or global portfolio
• Team player and able to work with colleagues across the region
• Independent and meticulous
• Good knowledge of HR practices and policies for APAC and/or global portfolio
