Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for construction workers arrangement including forecasting the dormitory vacancies required to accommodate upcoming manpower and to look for new dormitory units.
• Safekeep all HR-related agreements and renew them on time.

HR Operations

1. Support in coordination and administration of employee welfare and benefit programs such as leave administration, insurance policies renewal, medical card, staff pass, medical expense claims submission, etc.
2. Work closely with HR department and support Training (Internal and External) and staff welfare activities

Recruitment

1. Coordinate with hiring manager(s) and assist in posting job advertisements in job portals.

Employee Engagement

3. Keep abreast of latest trends and communicate ideas to key decision makers.
4. Organize and lead employee recreational activities.
