Job Responsibilities:

Training and Development

• Co-ordinate on training needs analysis
• Update / maintain training policies and track training spend
• Collaborate with payroll on training grants applications/records
• Compile training records and upkeep training documentations
• Liaise with Schools to source and manage internships and traineeships

Employee Engagement

• Organize employee events, trainings and initiatives
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on preparation of company events
• Maintain social media account on HR related postings
• Prepare quarterly e-newletters and internal communication materials

General HR Administration

• Overtime checking for payroll processing
• Compile weekly / monthly staff attendance reports

• Order gifts for staff (e.g. new born, get-well, etc)

Recruitment

• Update and maintain Job Description
• Conduct new hire orientation
