Admin

• Prepare customer quotations
• Fulfilling orders
• Processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders to customers.
• Responsible to manage customers’ orders and coordinating with colleagues during the entire process.

Job Description

• Process recruitment through placement of recruitment ads, shortlisting and coordinating interviews.
• Responsible for preparing appointment letters for new staff, track & process confirmation & adjustments.

• Good knowledge of MOM policies for application of work passes and SDF submission.
