In this role , you manage full lifecycle recruitment for professional to senior level positions. Act as a strategic and tactical talent acquisition partner to assigned business unit(s) to facilitate the achievement of the business goals as it relates to attracting and acquiring top talent.
Identify and recruit highly qualified candidates in the least amount of time from a variety of sources. Assist with the on-going implementation of an overall talent acquisition strategy focused on attracting talent specifically tailored to key client groups.
Partner with hiring managers and HR within a highly matrixed environment to identify top quality candidates
Think critically when complex challenges arise and find solutions
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of the business and help develop a recruitment strategy to support current hiring needs and future growth
Establish and/or maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates, and Talent Acquisition team members
Establish and execute full-cycle sourcing strategies utilizing knowledge and technical expertise of recruitment principles and best practices to obtain results
Use traditional and non-traditional resources, including new concepts, techniques and standards (career fairs, online job board, community networking events, social media, etc.), to identify and attract quality candidates
Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS); suggests alternate recruiting methods as appropriate
