Work Location: Woodlands
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm (Inclusive 1 hr lunch)
Contract Period: 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025
Responsibilities:
Full-Time Receptionist cum Admin Assistant:
- Provide front-line customer service (deals with walk-ins and phone queries) for School and MOE Kindergarten
- Provide administrative support such as contacting parents, printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, data entry & data collation, including manning of the school’s generic email account.
- Handling of students who are not feeling well, injured, late comers and early dismissals.
- Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by School Leaders, Administration Manager and Operation Manager.
Requirement
- Possess minimum 3 GCE “N” Level Passes or Nitec or Higher Nitec in relevant courses such as Office skills/Customer relations or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Ms Word, Excel etc.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration and/or customer relationship management, preferably with prior working experience in an educational institution.
- Able to relate well with young children.
