Job Responsibilities:
· Drive sales by connecting with new and existing clients to establish and maintain business relationships.
· Communicate with clients regarding the acquisition of talent by sourcing candidates through business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, directing recruiting, existing database and internet advertising.
· Empowering middle to senior-level working professionals in your specialisation to navigate the Singapore/APAC talent market: identify individual strengths, share market knowledge, and guide them in making right career choices.
· Manage your own day to ensure that you are successfully creating your own pipeline and achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly individual/team targets.
· Interview and assess potential clients on their personality, culture and abilities to find an ideal fit for the role.
What you need:
· Passion for sales and approaching new clients to establish strong relationships.
· Proactiveness and eager to improve.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Adept in team and independent work settings.
· Result oriented and success-driven.
· Be able to develop rapport with all levels of stakeholders.
· Highly organised with detail minded and confident using Microsoft Excel.
