Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock on hand, ordered, and received.
• Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems and software.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
• Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet business needs while minimizing excess stock.
• Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing orders.
• Ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Manage backorders and communicate with sales and customer service teams about order status.

Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate will be one who has most of the below criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
• At least 4 years’ in inventory management / warehouse management, handling finished goods within the Food & Beverage manufacturing and/or distribution industry
• Good exposure to SAP S4 Hana will be a bonus
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
