Reporting to the Manager Strategy & Architecture (APAC W), and working in challenging and exciting environment within our global Enterprise Architecture Team, you will:

• Work as an embedded member of the Commercial Digital Team Agile Release Train team
• Provide actionable advice regarding alignment between products / solutions and applicable business / IS&T strategies
• Work collaboratively with the Commercial team and related stakeholders, to develop and maintain a strategic vision / roadmap for the domain
• Define and enforce architecture principles and standards through active participation in Architecture Review and Agile Development processes
• Provide Enterprise Architecture review of design documentation and target state architectures
• Assist in the development and assessment of solution architectures that contribute to the strategic intent of the Commercial Digital team
• Publish points of view, position papers and guidance notes that clarify architecture gaps, risks and opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor, strengthening relationships with business partners, enterprise architecture and delivery teams, to maintain business value / technology alignment
• Identify opportunities within our technology landscape, to improve cost-efficiency, value delivery, risk management and user experience

What you’ll bring

• Architecture experience in at least one of the following IT disciplines (Applications, Integration, Network, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud and operations) in a large corporate or equivalent consulting environment
• Proven experience in a variety of Information Technology (IT) roles focused on delivery, operational excellence, engineering and/or architecture.
• Demonstrated experience influencing key decision makers in a large, cross-functional team setting.
• High emotional IQ, and ability to quickly shift to/from technical and business discussions at all levels of the organization.

• Previous experience with delivering strategy, roadmaps, reference architecture and standards; experience in development of business cases.

• Demonstrated experience with Commercial, Marketing and/or Sales related technology (Applications, Data and/or Infrastructure)
• Familiarity with S&OP, Marine/Logistics and/or end-to-end supply chain optimization.

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and rectify any technical issues that arise during the manufacturing processes.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure their efficient and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to oversee and execute the specified goals, operational performance, process efficiency, and KPIs within the manufacturing processes.
• Monitor the Overall Equipment Effectiveness throughout the manufacturing processes to improve and optimise its operational performance.
• Examine essential operational metrics, conduct data analysis, and identify issues and opportunities for enhancement within the manufacturing processes.
• Continuously enhance manufacturing processes to achieve optimal cost-efficiency, quality, and reduced delivery lead times.
• Responsible for the design of automation process equipment, integration of platform equipment, and establishment of interfaces with operational and equipment platform systems. This includes control and monitoring logic, spanning both basic and detailed design phases.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including Production, Quality, Engineering, IT owners, and vendors, to efficiently reduce downtime and enhance throughput.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in related Engineering fields (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Computer Management).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically with automation processes.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Proactively dedicated to implementing innovative solutions for task completion.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP and the pharmaceutical industrial.
• Knowledge in safety systems and adept at enforcing safety rules and policies.
