Responsibilities

Job Description

• Involved in the management of APAC FIC’s Client Perimeter, as well as the coordination of FIC’s involvement in regional projects.
• Partake in global initiatives as part of the broader Global FIC ACO Team.

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Support FIC Front Office on matters pertaining to KYC across new client onboarding, product extension / reactivation and regular review

HSE Officer

The HSE Officer reports to the HSEQ Manager and is responsible for all HSE related matters in the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop the HSE Management System, including periodic reviews with other departments.
• Lead in the preparation and submission of the Safety Case to the Major Hazards
• Department (appointment: Safety Case Lead).
• Assist in the assessment of HSE risks and impacts.
• Collaborate with Line management to resolve HSE issues.
• Participate as a team member / team leader in risk / HSE assessment team, risk management, management of change, etc.
• Monitor and analyze work conditions and HSE performances for continual improvement and compliances with the relevant legal requirements.
• Liaise with the external agencies on HSE-related regulatory matters.
