• Deliver products safely and efficiently.
• Check and handle customer orders accurately, including loading and unloading trucks.

• Possess a valid Class 4 license

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading and motivating the staff in achieving maximum results for the Key Performance measurement.
• Work closely with Marketing Department in carrying out local store marketing

3. Work closely with HODs in identifying the right merchandise mix for the department
4. Ensure that staff delivers their tasks with quality service
5. Attend to customer complaint and ensure that they are tactful handled
   

• Management of the Branch’s manpower which include the following:

1. Ensure that all HR issues are carried out in consistent with the company’s HR policies and practices
2. Process the overtime claims and medical reimbursement of the staff
3. Maintain staff discipline and schedule manpower and duty schedule
4. Provide on-going and training to staff
5. Counselling of staff

• Involves in budget planning.
• Work closely with Retail General Manager in store reconfiguration and renovation project.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma holders or with at least 3 years of retail supervisory experience
• Required to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
