As a Recruiter at Wise you’ll be responsible for hiring the best talent across the APAC region. You’ll own talent management, helping the business to scale and enable Wise to achieve our mission – money without borders. You’ll be a key member of the recruitment team with a focus on delivering exceptional talent while keeping candidate and hiring manager experience front and centre of what you do. This is a 12-month full time contract position based in Singapore.

Your mission:

• You’ll help us scale the teams over the next few years so we can help more customers save money using Wise
• You’ll manage candidates end-to-end ensuring they receive the best possible experience in line with Wise values, even if they weren’t successful (you never know, the perfect role might come up later), and build a strong talent network locally and internationally
• You’ll build and develop relationships with with hiring teams, guiding them through processes

Primary Responsibility

• Basic understanding of making Tradditional coffee, Tea...etc
• Take clients’ orders and serving beverages accordingly
• Will prepare and serve our full range of hot and cold drinks, sweet and savoury snacks.
• Maintain presentation and tidiness at Cashier Counter, enforcing a high standard of hygiene and sanitation
• Estimate demand and making the coffee accordingly, without making unnecessary wastage
• Assist in set-up of display counter and condiments counter for service
• Perform cashiering duties, handle cash and Point of Sales Machines, and do daily closing and balancing of cash

Customer Service

• Be polite in clients’ presence
• Assist clients with regards to outlet operation
• Update clients’ feedbacks immediately to supervisor
• Have good eye contact when speaking with another
• Communicate effectively including with team members

Hygiene and Work Safety

• Practice good food hygiene and personal hygiene
• Take care to prevent any food contamination
• Reinforce all outlets follow strictly
• Observe safe work procedures when handling equipment
• Strictly follow employees’ entrance and emergency procedures at clients’ premise

Able to converse in English & Mandarin

Able to work long hours, weekend & public holiday

About our client: Our client is a leading specialist contractor of high quality flooring systems for the building industry.

*This role will work on a permanent part-time basis, up to 3 days per week.*

About the role:

Provide support in the following areas:

• Full-cycle recruitment process.
• Handle HR benefits and compensation management.
• Foreign worker administration such as work pass application, renewal and cancellation, bank accounts opening, dormitory arrangement, Safety course enrollment, air tickets and quarantine arrangement.
• Administer Medical and insurance benefits and claims
• Submission of claims and returns for Government schemes, such as Profamily leave scheme, NS pay, training grant, waiver of levy, IR21, IR8A
• Maintain and upkeep P-file and HRIS system using infotech, payroll processing.
• Statutory survey – MOM, JTC, CPF, BCA, URA, etc.
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

About you:

• Diploma / Degree in HR, Business, Management.
• At least 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR functions.
• Experience in construction industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
