The Quality QAQC Supervisor is responsible for ensuring timely and effective implementation of the company's policies, procedures, and standards involved in assuring the quality of manufactured products and customer satisfaction, as well as for conducting quality control activities. • Coordinate quality assurance plans for new PNs/product introductions.
• Review and approval purchased materials/products mill test certificates if it complies with the required company specifications and/or applicable industry standards prior to acceptance and use.
• Ensure quality control inspection and testing activities are performed in accordance with Global MFG QMS, customer QCPs/Inspection matrices, and/or local procedires and work instructions.
• Manage non-conformance process in accordance with Global MFG QMS.
• Identify a minimum of two continuous improvement projects per year to lead and complete with measurable improvement to the business in terms of margin, quality, etc

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
• Assist in the administration and execution of HR functions and processes assigned e.g. recruitment, orientation, processing of new appointments, contract renewals, exit management, performance management, administration of leave, employee benefits, compensation, awards, communication and staff wellness programmes, etc.
• Organize files, printing, perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Interaction with stakeholders internally and externally of the organization
• Manage end-to-end training administration processes including tracking attendances, event management, sending email reminders to employees who have yet to complete their required training hours, preparing of training reports, and agreements.
• Tracking and collation of Feedbacks in different platforms
• Audit – Maintain a secured archival to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises.
• Other works or adhoc projects as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong initiative with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office applications
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, meticulous, able to multi-task
• Positive attitude, high energy and willing to learn

Job Description

• Manage daily cash transactions, including time deposits, and maintain the cash register
• Efficiently process payments, receipts, and handle refunds as required
• Prepare and verify daily bank advices, ensuring alignment with cash transactions, and reconcile any discrepancies
• Support the Accountant with ledger entries and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
• Keep the GST register updated to facilitate seamless GST filing when receiving invoices
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and other departments to create purchase orders (PO) when needed
• Regularly maintain and update monthly exchange rates
• Support external audits and tax reviews as required

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent
• Experience in handling cash transactions and basic bookeeping
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
