About the Team:

Monetization Integrity is a global team responsible for ensuring that all monetized creativity on TikTok is safe, ethical, and high quality. The team aims to deliver innovative solutions to improve the advertiser experience and manage risks on TikTok. The global Monetization Integrity (MI) team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses. The HRBP Leader role will actively participate as a valued member of the global management team and be responsible for translating business priorities into talent, engagement, and organization plans that impact the wider organization. This role is expected to partner with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to drive change in talent and business strategies. The Leader will hire, manage, and grow other HR members.

Responsibilities:

- Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organization.

- Coach business leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics.

- Design, monitor, and measure HR Metrics/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.

- Play a leadership role in the design and execution of business restructures, and critical workforce planning initiatives and identify critical succession planning needs.

- Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; design fit-for-purpose goal-setting agendas including 360 performance evaluations, and overseeing the formal performance review and calibration process.

- Mentor HRBP Team members on employee development best practices to support business needs.

- Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization including rolling out action plans and guiding leaders regarding mentorship, development, and promotion of diverse employees.

- Guide HR managers regarding mentorship, development, retention, and promotion of diverse employees.

- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources.

- 5+ years of experience in leadership and people management.

- Experience in project management, change management, and independent program driving.

- Experience in data analysis, data management, and decision-making based on data.

- Experience in interpersonal communication and relationship building with organizations at all levels.

- Experience in the adaptation of working styles to fit the needs of the teams.

- Knowledge of technology or Internet business.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent years of HR-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with all areas of the company.
• Work with the Product Engineering team and Product Owners in helping to define product features that meet customers’ deployment and usability requirements.
• Work with the Marketing team in helping them to understand the positioning, key benefits, and target customers of your products.
• Work with Marketing and Product Owners to contribute to product materials, including presentations, case studies, web content, whitepapers and more.
• Serve as the internal and external evangelist for your products, including communication with the sales channel and key customers.
• Conduct market research, customer requirements identification, competitive analysis and industry trend studies.
• Manage market requirements ensuring their refinement and continuous assessment with the Product Engineering team.
• Help to define and build a global roadmap based on key market trends and compelling opportunities that differentiates in the digital identity market.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Product Engineering, and Professional Services teams to develop and lead internal content including sales enablement training, FAQs, and cheat sheets to ensure company is addressing all enablement needs of the partners/distributors/resellers.
• Regularly work with strategic partners, sales management, and marketing counterparts to discuss and track progress on business and marketing plans and any open issues.
• Represent company as product expert at industry, channel, partner, and customer events.

Requirements:

• Degree major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines and a minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM with emphasis on authentication and mobile security solutions.
• Solid knowledge about product development life cycle and experience involved
  at various stages including requirement review, UI/UX design, test case review,
  and production support.
• Knowledge in mobile/e-banking applications, software/platform architecture,

Job Description

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, replying to emails
• Manage the office administration, cleaner, pantry, etc., and ensure sufficient supplies
• Manage office facilities/equipment and work with suppliers/ vendors to rectify any issues in a timely manner
• Assist with procurement procedures and bill payment process according to company policies
• Assist with government survey forms, claims etc.
• Support recruiting by scheduling interviews, and assisting with parts of the onboarding/offboarding process
• Maintain and update of personal files of employees
• Prepare new staff on-boarding and off-boarding
• Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and recommend policy updates as necessary
• Monitor and update employees’ attendance and leave record
• Manage and maintain the company’s insurance – WICA /Office Care etc.
• Assit with document preparation and report submission to HQ
• Any other duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Minimum 1 year of related experience, working in the financial industry (securities, fund management) will be a plus
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply too
• Independent and also a team player who is dedicated, self-driven and highly self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literate
• Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF and Income Tax legislation is an advantage
