• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
• Support HR in addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives.

Performance Management:

• Assist in coordinating performance review processes.
• Help track employee performance and development plans.
• Support HR in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.

Qualifications:

Education: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
• Experience in office management is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

• Interventions: Implement therapies like motor skills training, cognitive retraining, and adaptive equipment use.
• Education: Teach clients and families strategies for independent living and wellness management.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and treatment coordination.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of progress and treatment plans.
• Advocacy: Advocate for clients' rights and access to services, and participate in community outreach.
• Research: Stay updated on latest practices and contribute to evidence-based research in the field.

Requirement :

• Obtain a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university or institution.
• Be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore.
