Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm // 8am to 12pm

Requirements

Minimum diploma/degree in HR or Business Administration

At least 4 years of related HR & Admin

Knowledge of Sage Payroll System is a plus.

Job scope

Perform general administrative duties such as bank-in cheques, filing, controlling and maintaining of documents, mailing of documents

Perform IR21, IR8A for workers

Monitor and follow up on staffs’ probation, confirmation, appraisal or promotion

Office admin support and general administration such as air ticket purchase, accommodation and transportation arrangement

Performance Appraisal and implement company handbook

Organize company events/team bonding activities

Handle Petty cash claims

Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Review, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program.

Renew company licenses

Application/Renewal of Permit and Passes for workers and office staff.

Handle Payroll & Leave Application Matters (Calculating attendance/timecard of workers and key in system)

Prepare warning letters for workers/office staffs etc.

Part-time hotel external management consultant

Location: Singapore

Work mode: Remote

Responsibilities：

1. give some consulting advice to some hotels and B&Bs in mainland China (including operation and management, brand publicity, planning and positioning, etc.).

2. Travel to mainland China to conduct short-term training for hotel clients, 2-3 times per year.

3. Daily work:

a. According to the needs of hotel customers, to provide appropriate consulting advice.

b. Help Singapore companies to interface with Chinese colleagues and Chinese consulting firms.

Requirements:

1. Currently in a management position in a 5-star hotel in Singapore.

2. have professional English and Chinese reading and writing skills and be able to communicate fluently in both languages.

3. able to accept business trips to mainland China, 2-3 times per year.

4. telecommuting is acceptable, can work two days per week.

Job Description:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Assist in recruitment end-to-end activities from sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, filtering interview, offer management to on-boarding arrangement

Learning and Development

• Work with Manager and analyze data on the competencies required and gaps identified in the department for the training needs analysis based on current and future business requirements
• Oversee and manage the end to end L&D process – develop training plan, delivery methods, sourcing for training providers, gathering feedback and analysing data to measure effectiveness of learning outcomes
• Manage and monitor training budgets and grant schemes for learning programmes
• Ensure timely registration of internal or external course applications and follow up as well as notifying staff on the training details
• Coordinate and record of training activities, conduct staff orientation and evaluate training effectiveness

Performance and Talent Management

• Assist and facilitate the annual Performance Appraisal process to measure and promote good performance and career progression processes aligned with Daikin policies
• Manage talent reviews and succession planning processes to identify HIPO and grow the talent pool for leadership and critical roles
• Analyse talent movements and progression to improve talent retention and development
• Develop and implement high-potential talent programmes/projects and mentoring and coaching programme

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• At least 3 years’ HR experience in Learning & Development
• Experience in using HRMS (Prosoft preferred)
