Responsibilities:

• Perform timely inventory planning to ensure fulfilment of customers' orders
• Perform inventory control and monitor stock movement

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Departmental & Level Work

· Assist in the production of teaching/learning resources

· Issue, collect and maintain cleanliness of teaching/learning resources

· Perform filing, typing and printing of worksheets and notes

· Prepare certificates awarded by department/level

· Scan optical answer sheets

· Key in students’ marks/grades into computer databases

· Collate department/level surveys and other statistics

· Update department/level noticeboards

· Decorate the school for special functions and celebrations

Teaching & Learning Activities

· Assist teachers in classroom support

· Assist in group work activities

· Assist in coaching students with special needs or weaker students

· Assist in outdoor and out of school activities such as learning journeys

Other Duties

· Update students’ attendance in School Cockpit

· Assist in administrative duties in General Office

· Perform safety & security duties as assigned by School Management

· Any other duties as assigned by School Management

WORKING HOURS

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4.00pm,
• Fridays: 7:00 am to 3.30pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must have worked in office environment performing administrative tasks such as typing and photocopying documents
• Must have at least 1 year experience working in the educational or childcare setting, preferably as Teacher Aide in a local government primary school

Qualifications/Experiences/Skills Required

• Responsible for the recruitment process which includes (but not limited) to the following:

• Liaise with MOM on any related matters
• Submission of statutory statistics and corporate reporting
• Drafting employment contracts and any other legal documents
• Handle all office administrative job (including travel bookings for all employees)

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3300 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8am - 5:30pm); Saturday (8am - 12pm) - Once per month
• Location: Tampines East MRT

Job Scope:

• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management
• Communicate with management, and contractors on cost estimation
• Negotiate project terms to ensure comprehensive issue resolution
• Develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance overall project value
• Ensure all purchased items meet specifications and comply with standards
• Manage complete logistic processes including shipping documentation (primarily import; export when needed)
• Maintain close liaison with suppliers for delivery promptness and commitment
• Manage purchase requisitions, orders, delivery orders, and invoices
• Manage company vendors such as IT, maintenance/repair/operating contracts, etc
• Oversee various contracts including purchasing, certificates, renewal inspections, etc
