• During Maintenance or Repair Event for Engines Through well-known and described working methods and standards perform maintenance or repair on time in a correct and safe way.

1. Carry out work in a structured and methodical way according to checklists.
2. Prepare Industrial/Marine engines and or components
3. Complete visual inspections
4. Search for additional information in systems
5. Secure spare parts for additional jobs
6. Perform maintenance or repair on engines/component
7. Manage deviations
8. Return not used spare parts
9. Clean exchange parts
10. Return special tools
11. Restore engines to handed-in condition
12. Inform next level about additional faults or findings

• After Maintenance or Repair Event for Engines Secure minimized lead time of invoicing. Through clear description of performed work and/or communicated what needs to be done if the work is handed over to a colleague.

4. Ensure all job cards, work orders, service sheets and component failure reports are filled and completed correctly.

• Issue purchase orders to suppliers
• Handle logistics arrangement from the point of purchase order up till delivery on board delivery
• Process invoices through a software;
• Arrange annual services for vessels as the due dates approach (LSA / FFA / Radio Equipment Services)
• Assist Superintendent when required
• Arrange renewal of vessels’ certificates

Requirements:
