How You Will Make a Difference

The work of GFI is funded through philanthropy. We fundraise as a network of nonprofits through a collaborative operating model toward a global fundraising goal. Asia Pacific is a strategic area of growth for our global fundraising efforts and we therefore plan to expand the team on the ground.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of GFI APAC, you will be in a senior, frontline fundraising role, building and sustaining relationships with our growing family of supporters, and building a development team as part of the GFI global fundraising framework. Your role will have high responsibility and high impact. Your performance in this role has the potential to make a significant impact on how quickly the world moves to a more secure and sustainable food system.

What the role is

The 3P Network Division (3PND) develops and integrates the client's educational and publicity initiatives and programmes for the 3P (People, Public and Private) sectors. The Marketing Communications Department in 3PND conceptualises and implements integrated marketing communications campaigns such as Clean Public Toilets, National Dengue Prevention, Recycle Right and Say YES to Waste Less.

The role of the Assistant Manager (Digital Media) is to execute data-driven digital media strategies that aim to enhance public awareness, foster engagement, and inspire positive environmental action.

Job Scope:

• Execute digital media strategies for the client's marketing campaigns, and optimise engagement on the client's social media channels and other digital platforms.
• Assist in the management of CGS social media channels and their content line-up.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, and analyse data to identify areas for optimization and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Support efforts to foster an engaged digital community of environmental enthusiasts and advocates.
• Coordinate with campaign teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout all touchpoints. Work closely with creative, media and social media agencies to achieve timely campaign execution and effective outcomes.
• Perform procurement duties in adherence to public sector procurement policies and processes; assist in the tracking and management of budgets and payments.

Requirements:

• Background / Degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, marketing or content development.
• Has experience in utilising digital ad-buying platforms, social listening tools and data analytics tools to measure and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and analytical abilities.
• Self-driven and well-organised to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in content creation for social media platforms, graphic design or video production is a plus.

Job Scope:

• Support the community engagement activities
• Working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time
• Support the administrative functions
• Support for research projects, workshops and other initiatives
• Handle public feedback, drive and coordinate engagement activities, workshops and meetings
• Engage residents to raise awareness and address feedback (through face-to-face / door-to-door house visits, phone calls and emails)
• Assist in outreach activities in the community (e.g. convey key messages at events, handle interactive exhibits, distribute / display educational materials, etc.)
• Coordinate communication and engagement activities with community partners (People’s Association, Town Council, business establishments, schools, etc.)
• Support procurement, invoicing and billing processes
• Coordinate meetings, events and workshops, and draft reports for recording and tracking purposes

Job Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, and in accordance with Company policies, procedures and guidelines, your job responsibilities include but not limited to the following

• Perform patient registration, specimen reception, preparation and packing of specimen
• Performs routine laboratory test procedures as outlined in the established SOPs and according to MOH regulations, ISO and CAP accreditation. Adheres to quality assurance and quality control procedures in performing all testing.
• Perform laboratory analysis (e.g., Urine microscopy, full blood count, HbA1c, ABO Blood grouping, Coagulation, etc.), operate and maintain instruments according to work instruction in Haematology.
• Perform phlebotomy (optional) procedures if required
• Assist Supervisor in day-to-day operation of the department
• Assist Supervisor to ensure manpower resources are managed well to handle the daily workload for the department
• Responsible to verify and report accurate results in timely fashion; investigates and reports any anomalies.
• Responsible to perform daily quality control check and troubleshoot as required.
• Ensure proper documentations and records for traceability (e.g. acknowledgement on QC and maintenance checklist after completion).
• Assist to resolve client or doctor’s queries and escalate to supervisors(HODs) and Lab Manager when necessary in a timely manner
• Adhere to work safety guidelines and infection control protocols to ensure staff and patient safety.
• Monitors lab supplies in assigned area or department
• Verifies daily departmental pending work logs
• Trains or instructs laboratory personnel in performance of lab tests and procedures where assigned

Assist Supervisor or Lab Manager in tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Biological Sciences/Biomedical Sciences/Medical Technology.
• Preferably with 3 - 5 relevant experience.

Job Description:

1. Execute and facilitate programme for the CATCHPLUS student;
2. Station and support the daily operation of the CATCHPLUS Centre;
3. Faithfully and diligently serve the Centre and carry out duties, responsibilities and other duties assigned.
4. Observe and comply with all orders made by or on behalf of the Centre;
5. Use the best endeavours to take all necessary and proper precautions relating to the execute the duties;
6. Carry out the duties in a manner befitting the good image and high standards of the Centre.
7. To handle and follow up with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
