Scope of Services:

1) Perform duties at commencement of demolition works.

2) Inspect/Supervise on all Works to ensure high, quality, and safe standard complying with safety requirements/ authorities’ requirements, codes, and specifications.

M&A within ERM Global has a core technical team of over 50+ technical consultants delivering technical due diligence out of EMEA, USA and APAC. We often work in close collaboration with our global ESG and EHS due diligence teams, to provide a holistic due diligence service to our client. As a Principal Consultant, you will be expected to:

• Deliver proposals, which will include development of our company profile, scopes of work, scheduling and commercial terms;
