JOB SCOPE
This is an individual contributor responsible for identifying and resolving issues of advanced complexity. This position is at a senior professional level and requires strong & advanced execution and analytical abilities. This role works independently and receives minimal guidance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex 2nd level network related problems, coordinate resources where necessary and serve as escalation point to 1st level operational teams.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ telecom rollout project management, Quality Management and Subcontractor Management, and Health & Safety Management experience.
• Practical knowledge of Telecom site rollout including BTS, MW, Antenna System installation and commissioning complete with electrical works including Rectifier, Battery and Generator with earthing systems.

Senior Network Engineer will drive the implementation of strategy for infrastructure operations and maintenance to ensure availability of stable and secure systems. He/She manages project resource allocation and develops infrastructure implementation, operations and maintenance engineers; scopes out policies and sets performance expectations. 1. Design, develop and maintain embedded firmware for EV charging systems and products, including charging stations, control units and communication modules.

2. Develop, Maintain and improve firmware for microcontrollers and embedded systems, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and real-time performance for EV charging applications.

3. Implement charging protocols to ensure interoperability and compatibility with EVs from different manufacturers.

4. Implement security features and authentication mechanisms to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of communication between charging stations, vehicles, and backend systems.

5. Implement fault detection algorithms and diagnostic routines to detect and troubleshoot issues in charging systems, ensuring reliability and uptime of EV charging infrastructure.

6. Collaborate with hardware engineers and software developers to conduct integration testing of firmware with hardware components and backend systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality across the entire EV charging ecosystem.

7. Prepare technical documentation, including firmware specifications, design documents, test plans, and compliance reports, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.

Role

The role of the DMZ Network Implementation Engineer is to provide technical implementation services for various projects ranging from Design and Implementation of new DMZ towers, enabling new customers to allow connectivity through existing DMZ towers, upgrade/refresh of existing DMZ towers and associated activities.

The role requires an engineer who have a strong design and implementation background, who is aware of the processes and procedures typical in large global financial organizations. The engineer needs to have a strong understanding of various enterprise tools, both technical, procedural and resources typically used in large IT organizations.
