The job holder (2-year contract) is part of the roving team that provides support to the departments that he/she is assigned to in its efforts to achieve their work plan targets. • Recommend suitable interventions to meet the needs of clients, which may not be limited to Yayasan MENDAKI’s programmes or national programmes, but all other solutions, such as enlisting the help of volunteers.

Job Scope:

1. To carry out general duties such as

The A*STAR's National Metrology Centre (NMC) is the national measurement institute of Singapore, dedicated to advancing measurement science for an innovative and competitive economy. Successful candidate will be working with a team of metrologists and scientists to support a competent and internationally recognized Singapore national measurement infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and quality assurance of national measurement standards and systems in temperature and humidity to ensure their compliance with NMC?s quality system.
• Establishment of international equivalence of temperature and humidity measurement capabilities through participation in international measurement comparisons.
• Provide technical support in peer-reviews by external experts to achieve international recognition for calibration and measurement capabilities in temperature and humidity area.
• Dissemination of the national temperature and humidity standards and measurement technologies to the industry through calibration and measurement services.
• Participation in the development of new metrology capabilities and services based on emerging needs of the industry.
• Raising measurement capabilities of industry by supporting consultancies and conducting training and proficiency testing in temperature and humidity measurements.
• Assist in the supervision of students and trainees from industry under attachment programmes.
• Conduct technical assessments under Singapore Accreditation Council-Singapore Lab Accreditation Scheme, and training of new technical assessors.
• Ensure lab operation meets NMC?s requirement in Health Safety and Environment.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in science or engineering
• 2 years or more of relevant work experience preferred.

• Experience in temperature and humidity measurement
• Knowledge of instrumentation and statistical analysis
• Capability to work autonomously yet collaboratively with teams

Job Description

The position holder will be part of the NUHS Centre Grant (CG) Admin Core, which will run at least till 31 March 2026.

Centre Grant (CG) Management

• Prepare and submit CG grant variation requests
• Collate and prepare KPIs and other info for CG Progress Reporting to NMRC
• Answer and assist with any CG-related enquiries and matters by stakeholders

CG Administrative Support

• Raise purchase orders and process invoices for payment in accordance with the University Procurement Policy and funding guidelines

Are you an experienced Technical Executive with a strong background in managing and controlling project documentation for offshore oil & gas projects?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation, compiling technical reports and doing technical evaluations, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
