The role of the Senior Regional IT Manager is to ensure optimal performance of field/office information technology systems and operations in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. The Senior Regional IT Manager will provide technical expertise and guidance to his regional IT staff on the operations and maintenance of local and wide area networks, including needs analysis, problem solving, disaster recovery plans, and security.

The Senior Regional IT Manager will coordinate closely with the Director of Information Technology, APAC and the IT staff at headquarters to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions in line with the organization’s strategic vision.

This position is based in Singapore. The incumbent will travel, as required, to field/office countries and other countries in the South East Asia (SEA) region in order to implement technology solutions and support the management, operations, quality control, and efficiency of IT systems supporting the field/ office operations.

This person will also participate in defining and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth running of the IT operations in the field, including user support, IT systems, domain services, communications, and connectivity;
• Monitoring upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems;
• Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems;
• Providing guidance and support to field office IT staff as they perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks on the servers, PCs, and other mobile devices;
• Network configuration assessments, and implementing Hardware/software upgrades and improvements;
• Ensure full compliance and control for IT environment and support internal and/or external audits activities;
• Planning and executing technology projects and system implementations in the field in an organized and effective manner. Establishing project scopes, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables that support business goals and tracking projects progress;
• Assisting field office IT staff in planning and managing new office build outs, and office moves;
• Mentoring and training IT staff in the field/office;
• Planning and developing IT budgets for field offices, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness;
• Working with field/office IT staff on maintaining up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure and equipment in each field/office;
• Recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements;
• Developing, and implementing new IT procedures in the field and reviewing and enhancing existing procedures;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and five to ten years related work experience. Master of Business Administration with technology as a core component preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT systems and staff remotely through appropriate technology;
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technology projects and system implementations effectively;
• Management skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Ability and willingness to travel in the SEA region;
• Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Backup software;
• Professional certification in systems engineering and systems administration;

We are hiring an Assistant director for our data protection team who will be driving the development and implementation of data protection policies and processes, to ensure Synapxe's compliance with the Healthcare Instruction Manual(HIM) and regulatory requirements such as the PDPA

Roles and Responsibilities

· Ensure organisation's compliance to the PDPA and data protection policies which includes the development and maintenance of the Data Security Maintenance Plan (DSMP)

· Provide updates on data protection compliance to senior management

· Monitor the handling of personal data across the organisation

· Oversee the maintenance of records required to demonstrate data protection compliance

· Develop and conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) to identify, assess and address the risks

· Propose measures to manage risks associated with the collection, use, disclosure and storage of personal data

· Manage and report any breaches according to the organisation's data breach management process including incident response, notifications of affected individuals, investigations and closure

Responsible for all aspects of the central kitchen & logistics operations:

· Overseas all aspects of the central kitchen & logistics operations.

· Monitors central kitchen & logistics operations to ensure cost-effective, reliable, waste control and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

· Responsible to manage, monitor and analyze inventory levels, inventory movement, cost, production, delivery and quality and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

· Identify areas of improvement for central kitchen and logistics operations

· Manage, monitor and appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity. Work closely with direct superior to achieve objectives and results

Requirements:

· Degree in supply chain/management/production or related field.

· Proven experience and at least 5 years’ experience in similar role.

· High level of organizational, problem-solving, communication (verbal & written), conflict management skills.

· Business management and development experience.

· Knowledge of all aspects of central kitchen and logistics operations, including but not limited to planning, scheduling, forecasting, inventory, warehousing, and transportation.

· Able to work well with internal & external stakeholders.

· Meticulous and has a high level of attention to detail.

· Self-driven & self-starter.

· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Possess leadership abilities and able to effectively manage and motivate staff.
