• At least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma holder in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
• Possess basic knowledge of accounting software to fulfil daily operation.
• Possess working knowledge on spreadsheet and other common software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders within the organisation, external healthcare institutions, and external entities to explore and identify opportunities to leverage data in driving business solutions.
• Support organisational reporting and dashboarding roadmap implementation.
• Apply Data Analytics and Operations Research knowledge to transform data into insights to drive optimisation and improvement of business strategies.
• Develop data processing automation through programming and other tools such as Robotics Process Automation to improve productivity.
• Participate in strategy formulation to enable and catalyse the department in meeting its KPIs.
• Maintain current organisational Enterprise Data Warehouse and plan for re-platform to future Data Lake to enable stakeholder access to accurate and high-quality data for analysis and reporting.
• Be responsible for the operationalisation of the Data Exchange Office (DXO) to handle internal and external data requests and perform Trusted Third Party (TTP) Data Anonymisation when required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Economics, Business, Data Science or a related field
• Proficient with real-life applications of analytics, dashboarding and reporting languages and software such as Excel, R, Python, Tableau, VBA, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, etc
• Working experience in healthcare-related industry and held a role in Business Intelligence, Systems Integration, Data Warehouse Management, Data Science or Data Engineering related areas.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform and complete stretched tasks within tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of hospital operations

· Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.

Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing

· National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred

· Preferably registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES

· Possess at least 5 years of relevant and practical site supervision experience

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports

· Familiar with local codes & regulations

· Good communication and interpersonal skills
