YOUR ROLE:

The Senior Data Engineer will work on acquiring, storing, governing and processing huge sets of structured / unstructured data. You will bring a vision of the big data solutions landscape for choosing optimal architecture components to use for these purposes as well as a set of data engineering skills for implementing enterprise data foundations such as data lake. We are looking for a designer who is looking to join an amazing design team and seeking to grow their UX and UI skillsets within a consultancy environment. You are required to plan and execute IT Applications control audit, Process and Governance audits of systems. An application control audit is designed to ensure that an application’s transactions and the data it outputs are secure, accurate and valid. As applications have become the primary attack vector for malicious individuals seeking to breach enterprise defenses, the application control audit has become an important tool in ensuring that software is free from flaws and vulnerabilities that might be exploited by hackers.

• HR Technology Projects
  • Work closely across internal HR teams and IT team to gather and document business requirements, analyse business processes and data to identify opportunities for technology improvements.
  • Work with external vendor to define the functional design (i.e., business requirements, workflow, system access) and solutioning to implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet business needs.

  • Provide ongoing support to HR staff and other users, addressing any questions or concerns about the system; a point of contact for resolving technical issues related to the various HR solutions in place.
  • Create and maintain system documentation across all internal HR portals and HR tech platforms, including employee directories, user guides, policies, and processes, to enhance the self-service capabilities.
  • Develop training materials, conduct training sessions for users on the use of HR technology platform.

• Data Management
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data through regular audits, data validation.

  • Work with different teams to understand their data needs, developing data collection strategies and ensure Employee Central as the system of record to optimize efficiency and data quality

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, workflow and improve user experience through technology enhancement/automation.
