Summary of Role
The Programmes Executive will play a key role in conceptualising and facilitating external talks and workshops, planning and implementing public programmes to enhance mental health literacy, and managing our social media presence. This role also involves content creation, community engagement, and volunteer management and training.
Key Responsibilities
· Conceptualise and Facilitate Talks/Workshops: Develop and conduct engaging talks and workshops for external partners, ensuring content is relevant and impactful.
· Plan and Implement Public Programmes: Design, coordinate, and execute programmes aimed at improving mental health literacy and promoting mental wellbeing within the community.
· Social Media Management:
o Schedule, design, and write content for Clarity Singapore’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
o Monitor and analyse social media engagement to enhance our online presence and outreach.
· Community Engagement: Foster relationships with external partners and engage with the community through both in-person and online platforms to promote Clarity Singapore’s initiatives and services.
· Volunteer Management and Training: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers, ensuring they are well-prepared to support Clarity Singapore’s programmes and activities.
· Reports & data collation
· Any ad-hoc tasks and projects in relation to Clarity’s programmes and services
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Communications, Public Health).
· Preferably 2 years of experience in programme management, community engagement, or a related role. Fresh graduates with relevant volunteering experience may apply
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire various stakeholders.
· Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing.
· Creative and strategic thinker with strong organisational and planning abilities.
· Passionate about mental health advocacy and community service.
· Experience in volunteer management is a plus.
