Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Technical Specialist Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating site works, providing on-site support for system testing and commissioning, and attending to emergency service calls. This role requires a background in Electronics or IT Engineering, (Electronic and IT infocomm) strong coordination skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI). Coordinate site works with sub-contractors and customers to ensure smooth operations. Provide project site and overseas on-site support services for systems testing, commissioning, and client training. Attend to any emergency service calls during and after office hours, including public holidays, on a weekly standby duty rotation basis. Experience in the installation and commissioning of devices for Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) systems, Intercom, FDAS, ACS, BMS, BGM/PA, Nurse Call, CCTV, Alarm System.
Qualifications:
· Minimum NTC2 / ITE or Diploma in Electronics or IT Engineering or Electronic and IT infocomm.
· Advantageous to have experience in site coordination, preventive maintenance (PM), and installation works.
· Advantage to have experience in service and facility maintenance for hospitals, nursing homes, and industrial sites.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Proficiency in English language to communicate with clients
