Roles & Responsibilities
· Act as the central point of contact for all IT related matters
· Assessing the technical requirements of clients, escalate and work with operations team to ensure resolution of requirement in the shortest possible time
· Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance
· Conduct regular check on the infrastructure and systems and develop rectification plans
· Creating, maintaining and tracking project plans and schedules, cost estimates and problem logs throughout the life of a project
· Develops, establishes and implements IT operating policies and standards
· Develop project plans, define and schedule project activities and resource requirements
· Engaging with clients/customers in respect to managing, planning, tracking all relevant technical and non-technical aspects
· Ensure the network security is aligned with PDPA regulations
· Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures
· Identifying gaps in the support process and amending it accordingly
· Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures
· Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects
· Maintenance of the system to ensure efficiency and un-interrupted operations
· Maintaining existing and new mobile devices with MDM policies enforced, updating policies, and distributing policies to applicable devices.
· Manage Micosoft 365 accounts, provisioning of new users, assigning appropriate access rights, maintaining device access compliance and archiving deprovisioned users.
· Manage and uphold the troubleshooting escalation process
· Managing IT infrastructures, such as Copiers, VoIP phone system, Firewall, network routers and switches
· Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness
· Oversees and manage the procurement and issuance of all IT related equipment and managed all IT assets inventory
· Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required or assigned
· Plans, schedules, coordinates, and participates in the development, and implementation of computer applications and new systems development
· Provide system and network support which includes maintenance/monitoring of servers and hardware installation and set up
· Providing IT support to remote office in the region
· Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices
· Responsible for IT vendor management, including ability to negotiate on terms and pricing
· Responsible for short, medium and long-term planning of IT functions for the Organization
· Responsible for the development and review of all back-up and disaster procedures and planning
· Review and renew all relevant software licenses and maintenance contracts
· Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively
· Work with third parties and vendors to ensure service quality and rectify issues to minimize downtime impact to business operations.
Requirements
· Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Excellent inter-personal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
· Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis of computer hardware /software /network
· Experience working with Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 Administration such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, InTune and multiple Operating Systems such as MacOS, Windows and Linux.
· Good knowledge in Cloud management, data management & governance
· Good knowledge in implementing MDM policies
· Good problem-solving skills
· Hands-on experience with computer networks, networks administration and network installation
· Have at least 3 years relevant experience in IT
· Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services
· Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security
· Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange
· Strong leadership skills to lead a team of Executives & Operations Personnel
