Responsibilities

• Works with leaders on program proposals and design efforts related to program delivery of innovative leadership solutions that meet clients' needs
• Manage program development process from start to finish, ensuring that program delivery meets or exceeds client expectations
• Collaborate with external educators, the program team and other partners to deliver high-quality programs
• Oversee program budgets, timelines, reporting, and evaluations
• Ensure that all program materials and learning materials are produced at the highest level of quality
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, program participants, and other stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree, or higher, preferably in business, education or a 2 years' experience working in a customer/client facing role

• Experience in professional education or learning and development, event coordination and learning management systems preferred
• Experience working with remote/virtual teams
• Experience managing digital learning programs preferred
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, resources, budgets, and reports. Project Management qualification desirable
• Demonstrated teamwork skills as well as strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across different teams, cultures, and geographies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.

• Business development – Drive business unit strategy with IAM Go-To-Market teams in APS Region.  Achieve TNS and EBIT targets according to annual business plan.
• Competency Management – Ensure Regional Product Specialists have tools and competence to succeed in their respective markets
• APS Program Guide – Provide guide of PN’s available which are relevant for the APS market.  Include all relevant application and xref data so that markets can assess potential.
• CARE Projects – Develop Reverse Engineering projects together with markets and Engineering team in Brazil.
• Price Corridor – Ensure price corridors are respected and resolve conflicts across APS region.  Support in escalation to global governance teams.
• FAS Cataloging – Ensure FAS applications are mapped to APS relevant PN’s
• Bosch Diesel Center Concept Management – Deploy global strategy and ensure that regions can enforce concept guidelines (including SPA audit)
• eXchange (Bx) – Support region to develop remain business.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales – Fairmont & Raffles AEMEA you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance market presence, and increase Fairmont market share. Your exceptional leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and proven track record in sales management will be instrumental in achieving our sales objectives. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and inspire a high-performing sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the Fairmont's & Raffles’ overall goals and objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Set ambitious sales targets, establish performance metrics, and monitor progress towards achieving revenue goals.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the hotel sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Assist hotels with:
  • The recruitment, development & motivation of high-performing sales professionals,
  • Ensuring optimal staffing levels
  • Sales skill development
• Implement strategies to enhance individual and team performance.

Business Development:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and partners to generate new business leads and strategic partnerships.
• Lead negotiations for major Fairmont opportunities, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to proactively identify business development opportunities.

Sales Operations Management:

• Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations and maximize sales productivity.
• Monitor hotel contracted segment (sales) performance, analyse data, and generate executive summaries for senior management to update on sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations leadership, finance, and revenue management, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader organizational goals.
• Provide input and participate in the development of campaigns, pricing strategies, and product/service enhancements to drive revenue growth.
