• Business development – Drive business unit strategy with IAM Go-To-Market teams in APS Region.  Achieve TNS and EBIT targets according to annual business plan.
• Competency Management – Ensure Regional Product Specialists have tools and competence to succeed in their respective markets
• APS Program Guide – Provide guide of PN’s available which are relevant for the APS market.  Include all relevant application and xref data so that markets can assess potential.
• CARE Projects – Develop Reverse Engineering projects together with markets and Engineering team in Brazil.
• Price Corridor – Ensure price corridors are respected and resolve conflicts across APS region.  Support in escalation to global governance teams.
• FAS Cataloging – Ensure FAS applications are mapped to APS relevant PN’s
• Bosch Diesel Center Concept Management – Deploy global strategy and ensure that regions can enforce concept guidelines (including SPA audit)
• eXchange (Bx) – Support region to develop remain business.

• Position: Technical Sales Manager (Manufacturing/Automation Machines) – Up to $6,500 + Commission
• Location: Woodlands (4 Bus Stops from Admiralty MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Working together with sales team to maintain or excel monthly sales.
• To help in the servicing of customers in terms of conceptualizing of machine processes, writing up of proposals and quotations.
• Assist Project Manager in the planning of capacity to ensure timeline is being met. This will be done with the help of a Master Project Schedule.
• Coordinate with internal and external designers on the customer requirements to ensure customer needs are met.
• Project monitoring to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• To be involved in the process of new business development in new areas of industries.
• Involved in public relations taking care of overseas partners and customers.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of Manufacturing Automation Machines.
• Knowledge in CAD software and common Microsoft software is required.
• Frequent traveling may be required.
• Class 3 driving license added advantage
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin
