- Class 3 driving license preferred ( company van will be provided when need to travel to customers’ place), will be claimable if required to take public transport

In this hands-on role, you'll wear multiple hats, building the foundation for data-powered decisions and crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Data Architect & Builder

• Conceptualize and build the data lake infrastructure, choosing and setting up robust tools and processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure smooth data ingestion and integration.
• Monitor and optimize the data lake, maintaining data quality and accessibility.

Data Whisperer & Analyst

• Translate business needs into actionable data requests through close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct independent data analysis, uncovering hidden insights through established tools and techniques.
• Develop insightful dashboards and reports, clearly communicating data findings to different audiences.

Data Champion & Evangelist

• Champion data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
• Train and empower others to interpret and utilize data effectively.
• Stay at the forefront of data trends and technologies, proposing and implementing advancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth technical knowledge: proficient in SQL, data warehousing and lake technologies, scripting languages (e.g., Python, R), and data visualization tools.
• Project management skills: able to plan, execute, and deliver projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication and presentation skills: both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: able to identify data anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and find creative solutions.
• Strong work ethic and a passion for data: driven by the desire to unlock its potential and empower others.

Responsibilities

1. Effectively collect the latest technical information/product information in the OIS industry, and effectively identify the development trends of OIS driver chip technology.

2. Grasp the technology development trend and combine the company's OIS driver chip planning to plan and deploy the OIS driver chip, design and develop it in advance to meet product and project needs.

3. Systematically evaluate OIS driver solutions, identify and control system risks and make improvements.

4. Establish an industry-leading OIS evaluation method, continue to white-box the OIS system, and effectively support the continuous improvement of OIS performance.

5. Integrate algorithms, IC design and lens module teams to lead the development of OIS driver chips from the system architecture level.

Requirements

1. More than 5 years of motor control-related work, preferably those with experience in OIS chip algorithm development.

2. Be familiar with the working principle of CCM, and have a deep understanding of gyroscope technical principles and signal processing, and Proportional–integral–derivative (PID).

3. Efficient execution and forward-looking thinking, and excellent systematic thinking ability.

4. Strong technical experience in implementing digital architecture development and algorithm design

5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (work effectively with R&D team based in China)
