3. Testing Management

• a. Defect Triarch - Clarify test findings escalated by test team and classify the findings either as valid defect, data issue or change request

4. Project Management

• a. Assist team lead in managing project tracking, including timeline, budget and deliverables
• b. Prepare daily status for multiple internal and outsourced projects

Requirements

1. At least 5-6 year experience in system analysis / business analysis or testing.

2. 3-4 year experience in Agile scrum processes will be advantage

3. Knowledge with IT projects life cycle in banking environment

4. At lease basic product knowledge on Digital banking and related technology

5. Good communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders (Technical / Business users / Testing team)

6. Strong analytical skills & interpersonal skills

7. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint preferred

8. Working knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence) will be advantage

9. Able to work under stress and fast-pace environment

• Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to collect business requirements for SAP ERP system enhancements and customizations.
• Run configuration settings and maintenance on the FICO modules.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including program specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing SAP processes, recommending and implementing improvements that add to operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of supporting SAP FICO modules experience.
• SAP certificates and experience with SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
