About Community Mental Health Department:

Our Community Resource, Engagement and Support (CREST) teams support clients who are at risk of or diagnosed with mental illness as well as their caregivers. The teams provide basic emotional support and monitoring of their mental health conditions through home visits and service linkages.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Technical Support Engineer will provide expert technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for power generation and water treatment systems. This role involves collaborating with operations and maintenance to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of equipment by addressing technical issues promptly, and providing solutions to enhance system performance.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical support with domain expertise (MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL / CONTROLS / PROCESS) to existing Plant O&M team to resolve issues that arise in the plant requiring expertise beyond the plant level and liaising with the OEMs / Vendors for problem solving.

• Lead the Asset Life Management Planning process to evaluate residual life of the assets taking into account obsolescence matters, conversions, modifications & upgrades required to benchmark the asset to world standards. Requirements

This role will be a member of the ERP implementation project team to work with the implementation partner, business users and IT to gather requirements, analyze, design and implement technology best practice. This role will also ensure the smooth running of critical business processes after project implementation

Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, and manage escalations.
• Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Design and develop solutions for critical business processes in ERP Manufacturing Suite and Business Intelligence analytical reports.
• Lead user requirements gathering and analysis. Drive user discussions and conduct workshops to facilitate information gathering.
• Perform feasibility studies to identify areas for automation. Document application architectural design, AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, functions, technical design, application setup, configuration, test scenarios, system testing, issue logging, root cause analysis and resolution, and provide deliverable updates to management.
• Translate user requirements into user specifications (functional & technical).
• Develop test plans and scripts.
• Conduct testing on developed functionalities to ensure compliance with user specifications and internal quality assurance requirements.
• Lead user training and user acceptance testing. Provide periodic project progress reports to the reporting manager.
• Handle issue resolution in accordance with SLA.
  Understand and comply with company policy and procedure, ITGC (Governance Control), and SOX requirements.
• Analyze business process issues and inefficiencies, and provide sound business solutions based on ERP (Oracle) standard capability and functionality.

Qualification:

• Minimum 7 years in high-tech manufacturing, with at least one full implementation cycle in Oracle Fusion (Finance).
• 2-3 years of hands-on project management and related experience.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle and proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Experience with Scrum agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FUSION (functionality, architecture, RICE objects, etc.).
• Prior migration experience with Oracle FUSION is a plus.
• Technical competency and experience in setups.
• Integration experience with Oracle FUSION.
• Strong expertise in software development lifecycles.
• Experience in Oracle Bill of Materials, Work in Process, Inventory, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Cost Management, Engineering, and Quality modules. Experience in SCM (PO, INV, OM), Distribution & Service Suite; Oracle Reports, Forms, XML, Workflow, OAF, APEX, etc.; Data Extraction and Migration.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To interpret business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participates in projects involving many cross-functional resources and be familiar with the applications, infrastructure and security technologies.

Job Knowledge/Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science/ software engineering, with knowledge in systems analysis, design and development, software development lifecycle, Application support and maintenance.

• Good experience in eliciting requirements, modeling business processes, data requirements and software development.

• MUST have Min 5 years of solid hands-on JAVA Application development experience with in-depth competency of the following:

• HTML5, Javascript and React-JS

• Java and Springboot development

• Database: MySQL, SQL Server or Oracle

• Rest and SOAP protocals

• Others: Jasper Report, OAuth2, JWT
