Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical aspects of a fleet of vessels, ensuring compliance with planned maintenance systems (PMS) for hull and machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify PMS adherence and ensure vessels are maintained in optimal condition.
• Provide guidance to ship staff on maintenance and running repairs, monitoring their performance closely.
• Respond promptly to emergency repairs to minimize vessel downtime, coordinating with classification societies as needed.
• Oversee new building projects at shipyards, as required by the company.
• Attend class surveys, Port State Control (PSC) inspections, and dry-docking surveys.
• Prepare annual budgets for routine maintenance, dry-docking, repairs, and procurement of stores and spares.
• Monitor procurement processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze daily ship performance data, troubleshooting technical and maintenance issues as they arise.
• Control costs by monitoring expenditure and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Evaluate ship staff performance and provide reports to the office.
• Identify areas for operational improvements and modifications, making recommendations accordingly.
• Plan and implement compliance with relevant regulations, technology advancements, and environmental measures.
• Support Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) initiatives and operations with technical expertise.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ sea service as Chief Engineer.
• Preferably 3-4 years’ experience as a Superintendent.
• Proficiency in Planned Maintenance Systems.
• Knowledge of Class, FSC, PSC, ISM, ISPS, and other statutory requirements.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot marine technical issues effectively.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when necessary.
• Proactive attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

What will you be doing?

As Principle Process Application Engineer based in Singapore, you will be an important team member in our technology development team with regards to how to perform single wafer chemical processing onto semiconductor wafer using our equipment product. You will work together with a team of 4-5 members globally in different locations and report directly to Process Application Manager.

You will have a pivotal role in ensuring the Company’s products are well received by customers and ensure our customers’ long-term success by providing value-adding solutions.

The Employee’s main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Work together with the process application team and be the key contributor and mentor in process qualification for our equipment during customer on-site installation, and ensure the customer satisfaction
• Lead Company process application lab in Singapore

1. Lab equipment readiness

3. Team personnel planning

• lead team for performing customer wafer demo to demonstrate Company process capabilities on customer wafers
• Perform experiment and pilot production wafer runs with wet chemistries in process applications lab
• Optimize equipment and chemical process parameters using data collection and analysis techniques such as Design of Experiment (DOE), Total Process Control (TPC) and statistical analysis.
• Statistical analysis software such as JMP, Minitab, etc.
• Document, form and maintain process application library of equipment & wafer data as well as best known recipes
• Other responsibilities include:
• Close work with design and development team in software, mechanical and electrical engineering to implement new hardware and software features; perform hands-on equipment install & upgrade at process application lab
• Equipment finetuning and adjustments
• Work with production & operations team to implement new equipment product roll-out and qualify chemistry process recipes and applications at internal sites as well as customers’ sites.
• Form creative ideas individually as well as in teams; work on research papers, publications and/or patents; prepare for technical conference & symposium
• Support documentation technical editor for above as well as equipment documentation topics
• Support Company in equipment manufacturing and development proactively and if required.
• Support Company in sales & marketing, process application to customer both proactively and if required.
• Discussion with internal Company team and if necessary, external vendors on the application and requirement from the customer
• Explore and develop new, novel process application in wet etching and wet cleaning technologies
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

Who are we looking for?

• Well versed in using MS office

Job Objectives

This Vulnerability Management role will help on the strategic initiative to implement the External Attack Surface Management (EASM) solution.

This role requires an experienced cybersecurity professional with the basic understanding of external threat landscapes, experience in attack surface management, and the ability to implement robust operational models.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the implementation of the EASM program across the organization.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage of the bank's external attack surface.

· Support defining and establishing the operational model for EASM

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to stay ahead of emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

· Support the development and maintain incident response plans specifically tailored to address external threats identified through the EASM program.

· Coordinate assessing exposure, risk, and the remediation.

· Conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of the incident response plans.

· Collaborate with third-party vendors providing EASM solutions and monitor the service quality.

Key Requirements

Education:

Technical Skills:

· 3-5 years of experience in IT with a recent focus on cyber security or related fields

· Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and security measures.

· Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, intrusion detection/ prevention systems, and other network security devices.

· Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and methodologies.
